Shipping & Returns

ORDERS AND SHIPPING
* Once your order has been received you will receive an order confirmation via email.
* You will receive a shipping notification when the item has been allocated to the carrier. This
notification will include your order number, a tracking reference and a shipping date.
* Please check all of your details are correct on the shipping information. Once in transit, address changes can not be made. LOTH & Co do not hold responsibility for items shipped to an incorrect address.
* Any packages returned to LOTH & Co due to an address error will be reshipped but at the cost of the customer.
* Please note that once the items are dropped off for shipping, carriers can take up to 7 business days to deliver.

* The shipping rates are in brackets by money spent so that it is as fair as possible and no-one is paying an inflated price for shipping their goods. 


CANCELLATION OF ORDER
* We endeavour to prepare your order for shipping within 24 hours or receiving it. Should you need to cancel it for any reason please email: lothandco@gmail.com. If your package has not yet been processed and prepared for shipping we may be able to cancel your order.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
LOTH & Co will accept returns for Exchange or store credit only. Notification of a return/exchange must be received within 7 days of the delivery and the product received by LOTH within 10 days of that notification. All products MUST be returned in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging.

To return an item please follow the directions below:
* Email: lothandco@gmail.com with details of what is to be returned and why.
* LOTH & Co will issue you a return/exchange/credit form by email, which must be included with your return.
* Sale items are not eligible for return.
* If the return is as a result of an error at our end, we will send you a shipping label. Print the label , attach it to your package and drop off at a UPS location. We recommend you receive a receipt for the return.
* All items are returned at your own risk, any damages in transit are not the responsibility of LOTH & Co, and refunds will not be given. We are not liable for inadequate packaging by you or if the item is subsequently lost by the carrier. All shipping charges are paid by you.
*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



DAMAGED GOODS
* All items leaving our warehouse have been selected and packaged undamaged and in the condition shown on the website. Should it arrive damaged by the carrier, please email us at: lothandco@gmail.com and include a pictures of the damaged item and the packaging. Emails must be received no later than 10 days after the delivery date to be eligible for a replacement, exchange or credit.
* LOTH & Co reserve the right to consider the damage and determine the next steps. In the event of an accepted return LOTH & Co will email you the shipping label. Print the label , attach it to your package and drop off at a UPS location. We recommend you receive a receipt for the return.


LATE RETURN
* An item received outside of the 10 days allocated after LOTH & Co has issued the return slip, will not be eligible for replacement, refund or credit.


RECEIVING RETURNED GOODS
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
* If you are approved, then your replacement/exchange/store credit will be processed within the following 7 days. For store credits you will receive a code for the on line shop to be used at checkout within the following 60 days.
****Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
